  • Expert in holistic project approach, maintaining a hands on aspect to the project from the first consultation to closeout.

  • Jessica has worked for office furniture dealerships, and also has experience supporting the needs of the Architectural and Design community.

  • Her clients benefit from her attention to detail, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • When she isn’t working, Jessica enjoys playing with her nephews, being active outdoors, and traveling.

Jessica Smelcer

  • The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, 2007, graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design.

  • Experienced in Healthcare and Commercial design.

  • Skilled in Project Management and FF&E planning.

  • In her free time, Rebecca is a DIY enthusiast, always looking for new things to give a new life to. She also loves spending time with her husband in South Carolina.

Belle Williams

  • East Tennessee State University, 2020, graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Interior Architecture & Minor in Marketing.

  • Hospitality & Commercial design background.

  • Digital Media Marketing experience with an emphasis on Design Presentations & Portfolios.

  • When she’s not at Envision, Belle loves to travel, she hopes to scratch Switzerland & Austria off her list next.

Design Coordinator

brooke Smith

  • The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, 2017, graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing.

  • Liaison between the manufacturer, install team, and other site coordinators to ensure a stress-free process for the client.

  • Outside of work, Brooke enjoys cheering on the Atlanta Braves and Tennessee Vols along with taking her dog on walks around Knoxville.

Project Manager

Shauna Brown

  • A combined 28 years of experience in Office Management, Accounting & Bookkeeping.

  • Oversees Order Processing & Approvals.

  • Skilled in maintaining Cooperative Contract adherence.

  • Regular documentation of purchase orders.

  • When Shauna is not at Envision, she is being a supermom to three beautiful boys.
