Based off of timeline, budget, and environment, we select pieces that not only look great, but function to meet our client’s needs.
Furniture Specifications
To ensure the space provides efficiency and functionality, we create a presentation that includes renderings and furniture layouts.
We include our field-verified measurements to help all parties envision the space and see how the project will come to life.
Design Documents
Using our strong background in cooperative purchasing, Envision will process the FF&E order.
We have a detailed list of all vendors we partner with under the “Partner” area.
Purchasing & Warranties
Once all quotes have been verified, we hand it over to our qualified project management team.
The team will become the liaison between the manufacturer, install team, and client communication.
Our project manager is on site during installation for key meetings.
Project Management
At the time of installation, our Envision team and project manager will be on site to oversee delivery.
We ensure all products is to standard and work to exceed our clients expectations.
We create room installation sheets so our install team and site coordinators are aware of where products goes and keeps records of all quantities.
Installation
Our project manager will provide a punch checklist, cleaning and care instructions, and warranty list at the time of closeout.
Envision will follow up with the staff for an orientation of product and test that all products is functioning properly.
